Key Group is a prominent provider of equity release products within the mortgage market. Previously, they relied on an outdated system to manage their product offerings for individuals over the age of 55.

In collaboration with BJSS, Software and Code Ltd took a leading role in transforming Key Group's processes through digitalization, aimed at enhancing their equity release services. This transformation included the development of a comprehensive digital platform designed for financial advisors. The platform enables advisors to efficiently input customer data and generate personalized product recommendations.

The new digital system significantly improved advisors' ability to recommend products by incorporating a robust product comparison engine and an automated documentation generator. This automation streamlined the entire process from initial inquiry to the signing of contracts.

Software and Code Ltd played an instrumental role in the development of the product comparison engine, which functions similarly to a car insurance price comparison website. It generates tailored equity release product options based on customer inputs.

The project involved developing and hosting these digital services on Microsoft Cloud, utilizing .NET Core and a serverless architecture to ensure efficiency and scalability.
